Great clinic. They provide wonderful customer service. Roshanda is warm and welcoming at the front desk. Nikita, MA is attentive and friendly she works efficiently. Suzanne, NP has a great bedside manner. I will definitely recommend this clinic. My concerns were addressed. They listened to me. I am grateful for their great patient care. Thank you!

I almost hesitate to write a review because Suzanne Phillips is the best kept secret in Killeen. If we share how great she is, it might be harder to get an appointment. However, I feel those searching for good primary care provider in the Killeen area need to know about this treasure. My entire family sees Suzanne Phillips for our PCP. We love her because she is so down to earth and really takes time to listen. She has been an integral part of me being able to manage my chronic health issues and live my best life.

I can never reach this clinic. Desperately need an appointment. I was told I had diabetes. Haven’t been able to make an appointment since. They called the next day and I was able to make my appointment. The lady in the office was rude on the phone. I guess she didn’t like my old review.
