Our Total Hip and Knee Joint Camp helps prepare patients for surgery and ease their anxiety about the procedure by offering you a variety of resources and support. At Joint Camp, our team will provide you with education and information to assist in surgery preparation, as well as answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to comfort you and help you heal so that you can get back to living an active life again.

Our joint camp will help you with the following:

  • Knowing what to expect after surgery
  • Instructing you on strengthening exercises
  • Providing tools to help you before and after surgery
  • Offering discharge options after your procedure

What is an Orthopedic Doctor?

An orthopedic doctor is generally a surgeon who specializes in the surgical and non-surgical treatment of diseases, disorders, and injuries (including fractures) of the skeletal system: spine, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and peripheral nerves. These conditions include:
